At Studio Maé, we are committed to caring for tomorrow, today. That's why we choose to reduce our carbon emissions by minimizing the need for deliveries resulting from exchanges or returns. We highly recommend reviewing all product descriptions and photos before placing your order.
We sincerely hope you love your purchase as much as we do. However, please note the following return instructions:
- All orders are considered final and cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed, and the final invoice has been generated.
- We do not accept returns for changes of mind.
- If you receive a faulty or broken item, please report it within 7 days of receiving the order. To report a missing, or incorrect model, kindly email details of the damage along with an image to hello@maeapproach.com, and include your invoice number. Maé will exchange the wrong or provide a refund, subject to the customer's request.
- Any complaints made after this 7-day period will not be considered.
- We do not accept international exchanges.
